We kindly request that you maintain the cleanliness of the space during usage. Our goal is to uphold a safe, clean, and beautiful environment for each of our guests. Please demonstrate respect for our studio space and all its components. Ensure tidiness by cleaning up after yourself, including if necessary disposing of garbage, sweeping the space, and wiping down dirty surfaces. If you rearrange any furniture or props, kindly return them to their original positions.

Food and drink are permitted in the studio in the kitchen space only and not allowed in the furnished areas

Smoking, drugs, and pets are not allowed on the premises.

Open flames, confetti, glitter, and smoke bombs are strictly prohibited.

Promptness with your reserved time slot is appreciated. Your allocated time includes both setup and cleanup. Any extension beyond your scheduled slot will result in additional charges. To request an extension, please contact Maison Winslow at 514-691-4040 via text for confirmation of availability. Additional time will be billed at an hourly rate.

For security purposes, please remember to lock the studio door behind you upon departure.

Throughout your rental period, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate behavior from both yourself and guests. Any actions deemed dangerous, illegal, or negligent may result in immediate termination of the rental. In such instances, law enforcement may be contacted, or legal measures pursued as necessary.

To maintain a harmonious environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors.

Please do not remove any items from the studio. Any missing items discovered during your rental period will be investigated, and if necessary, you may be held responsible for their replacement costs.

Any damages incurred to the studio or its contents during your rental period will incur additional fees.

Please be aware that the premises are under video surveillance. By agreeing to these terms and being present during your allotted time, you consent to such recording. It is your responsibility to inform your guests of this provision and obtain any necessary waivers or permissions for video surveillance. Private bathrooms are available for clothing changes, with the understanding that there is no expectation of privacy on the premises outside of the bathrooms.

We kindly request that cancellations be made with 72 hours or more notice to receive a full studio credit of your reservation.

For a credit of the full amount paid, we require 72 hours or more notice. For 50% studio credit, please provide 48 hours or more notice. Unfortunately, any reservation canceled with less than 24 hours notice cannot be refunded or credited.

Should you need to reschedule, we ask that it be done at least 48 hours before the original reservation time to avoid a 50% fee.

Please note, there are no refunds for unused time. Maison Winslow reserves the right to cancel any bookings at our discretion. In such rare cases, a full refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
